No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win! Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Leatherman Tool “25th Anniversary Summer” Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on February 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., (“EDT”) on May 31, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is sponsored by Leatherman, 12106 NE Ainsworth Circle, Portland, OR 97220 (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, D.C., and Canada (except in the province of Quebec, where it is void, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law), 18 years of age or older, as of February 1, 2008. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively including Sponsor, “Sweepstakes Entities”) their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible and any prize awarded shall be revoked. Void where prohibited.

Two Ways to Enter: 1)A qualified person may enter by visiting www.Leatherman.com, clicking on the “25th Anniversary Summer” Sweepstakes graphic, and completing the online Sweepstakes entry form. The information required on the entry form: Name, Address (including City, State and Zip code), Date of Birth, Day and Evening Phone number, and e-mail address (if available). All entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on May 31, 2008 to qualify for the Grand Prize. 2.) Enter by hand printing on a 3”x 5” card, your name, date of birth, address (including City, State and Zip code), day and evening telephone numbers, and e-mail address (if available). Mail the card to: Leatherman “25^th Anniversary Summer” Sweepstakes, 1878 East Ave. Rochester, NY 14610. All entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2008, and received by June 7, 2008, and become the property of the Sponsor.

Limit one (1) entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address regardless of the method of entry. All required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Internet entries must be made by the entrant only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, stolen, postage-due registrations, entries or mail. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than maximum allowed entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) to Portland (Oregon) to for a guided Fishing trip and visit to Leatherman Headquarters (“Event”). The Approximate Retail Value of the trip is $5,000. The Grand Prize winner has the option of accepting the aforementioned trip prize or a $3,000 cash award. The trip package includes: round trip-airfare for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Portland, Oregon, transportation to and from the airport (in Portland, Oregon) to the Hotel, 4 days/3 nights accommodations for two (2) people in a (double-occupancy) room, Guided Fishing trip and a guided tour of the Leatherman Tool Headquarters and a $300 spending stipend. Trip must be completed by May 31, 2009 or prize will be forfeited. Travel arrangements for the grand prize winner will be determined by Sponsor (or its designee). All travel (including air travel), Event tickets and hotel accommodations, are subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout periods and other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel restrictions may apply and frequent flyer miles may not be available. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available. The Grand prize winner must provide own transportation for themselves and their travel companions to and from airport of departure gateway city. It is the responsibility of the grand prize winner and his or her travel companion to arrive at the designated gateway city in time for their flight to Portland, Oregon, with proper travel documentation (including proper identification). Certain travel and security restrictions may apply and it is the responsibility of the grand prize winner and his or her companion to comply with all travel, security and other laws, regulations, airline passenger and hotel rules that apply to them. Winner and his/her guest will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including but not limited to round trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, income taxes on the value of the prize, gratuities, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone, in-room services, tips and any other incidentals. If the Event portion of the Grand Prize is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, Sponsor will not be responsible for awarding that portion of the Grand Prize, but the remainder of the Grand Prize package will be awarded. The Grand Prize awarded consisting of products/services for two (2) people require that you and your companion redeem the Grand Prize together. The Grand Prize will be deemed awarded upon the winner’s receipt of Event tickets (or voucher) and travel/lodging confirmation. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen travel vouchers or certificates. Stopovers are not permitted on flight voucher issued and, if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate at the stopover point and full fare will be charged for the remaining segments of the flight, limited to ticketing fees, surcharges, and/or service charges not specified herein are each winner’s sole responsibility. Winner and travel companion must execute liability / publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel companion is a minor, parent or legal guardian must sign and return release and accompany minor on trip. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000 which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. The travel, event tickets and accommodations can not exceed the maximum allowable prize amount of $5,000.

One (1) First Prize winner will receive a Flat Screen Television (ARV-$1,500). Three (3) Second Prize winners will each receive a $250 Visa Gift Card.

By accepting any of the aforementioned prizes, prize winners agree to release the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse or failure to use any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. Sponsor has not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize and specifically disclaims all such warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable (exception: Grand Prize is transferable to a surviving spouse residing in the same household), or redeemable for cash (unless explicitly noted). There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value. All decisions by Sponsor as to prize winners and prizes are final. Limit one prize per person/family/household email or mailing address. The Total Prize Pool value is $ 7,250.00.

Drawing and Notification: The Prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The selection of the Prize winners will be completed on or about June 15, 2008. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Upon initial notification and verification of potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners, each winner will be required to provide a mailing address and will be sent confirmation in writing via USPS mail, or other delivery service of sponsor’s choice.

Prize Conditions: Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. If a Canadian citizen wins a prize they will be required to answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner from Canada cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within three (3) days of notification, or the question is not correctly answered, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a Travel Companion Waiver. The First Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. The Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a Travel Companion Waiver must be returned by the respective winners within 14 days of written notification by mail or prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law or Sponsor’s Privacy Policy) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Entrants also consent to the use of the personal data they submit to be used solely by the sponsor and affiliated partners for marketing purposes, statistical analysis, or customer relations. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties and all entrants will be given the opportunity to opt-out at any time. The Grand Prize winner and all entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

Privacy Notice: Sponsor collects information about users when registering for sweepstakes.
